The primaryresponsibility would involve working closely with global investment banks orasset managers in monitoring their investments across corporate creditportfolios. The transactions could be direct investments or providing leverageon a portfolio of corporate credits. The role would entail carrying out creditanalysis of middle market and leveraged loans and monitoring the ongoingperformance after the loan has been onboarded. Key Responsibilities: -Supporting clients in monitoring the performance of theirinvestments in corporate credit across various sectorsExtract and review key data from facility agreements, amendmentdocuments, financial statements, compliance certificates, and budgetsMonitor financial covenants (leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios and more) and other credit metrics to highlight any red flagson the creditsFirmgrasp on financial statements, ratios, MS Excel, and other MS toolsManagedata for transactions on the Oxane platformValidate performance reports and dashboards on the Oxane platformand resolve data or accuracy related issuesBe the primary QC in charge and mentor forteammates who can help streamline the work flow across the team RequirementsGoodunderstanding of the commercial lending processUnderstanding of leveraged loan structures and underlying documentationExperience in credit appraisals, report writing and capitalstructure analysis, pro -forma analysisThe candidate should possess a highly analytical mind with a highlevel of attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of ateam in a fast -paced environmentStrongcommunication skills - written, verbal and interpersonalAbility to work well under pressure to meetstrict and aggressive deadlines
