We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive opportunities in the Australia & New Zealand market.

Role Details

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 2 LPA-3.5 LPA

Work from Home

Day Shift: 5 AM – 2 PM (Monday to Friday, weekends off)

What You'll Do

Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with potential business partners

Manage end-to-end sales cycle – email campaigns, cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, presentations, proposals & closures

Generate new business through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and email marketing

Build and maintain strong client relationships with monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts

Manage and track opportunities in CRM/Excel, ensuring consistent pipeline growth

Conduct client meetings and convert leads into successful closures

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months - 1 year of international business development/inside sales experience

Hands-on experience with lead generation and sales in the Australian market

Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills

Resilient, "never give up" attitude

Knowledge of Australian business culture is a plus

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
