Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a Wayside Amenities Project. The ideal candidate would be a retired Army officer, possessing strong project management skills, on-site execution capability, and hands-on knowledge of construction, infrastructure development, and government liaisoning. Prior exposure to international property consultancy or hospitality projects will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:


•Lead the planning, execution, and handover of the wayside amenities project including food courts, fuel stations, retail outlets, parking, public utilities, and landscape development.


•Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, and signage works across both sides of the expressway.


•Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure timelines, cost control, and quality standards are adhered to.


•Liaise with government departments (MSRDC, MIDC, Gram Panchayats, Fire, Pollution Control Board, etc.) for required approvals, NOCs, and statutory compliances.


•Ensure all safety and operational protocols are followed during construction and commissioning.


•Interface with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and equipment suppliers for seamless execution.


•Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report regularly to top management.


•Ensure the project aligns with national expressway standards and hospitality expectations.
