* Manage client portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Lead business development initiatives to increase revenue.

* Guide and support Relationship Managers in achieving targets.

* Maintain strong market intelligence for competition and industry trends.

Eligibility:

* Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial sales.

* Proven track record of achieving sales & revenue targets.

* Strong leadership and client-handling skills.
