We are seeking a dynamic
Brand Lead
to drive strategy, growth, and digital presence for our D2C brands. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling, digital-first thinking, and strong business acumen to build consumer love while ensuring sustainable growth. The Brand Lead will own product-level P&L, oversee brand campaigns, and spearhead partnerships across digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and digital presence for assigned D2C brands, ensuring consistent growth and consumer engagement.
- Manage product-level P&L, with accountability for top-line and bottom-line metrics.
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across social, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and content platforms.
- Partner with external agencies across social media, digital advertising, and influencer marketing to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with design, brand managers, and cross-functional teams (growth, sales, operations) to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Explore and grow new channels including Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and Q-commerce platforms.
- Analyze consumer insights, campaign performance, and category trends to refine brand strategy.
- Lead and mentor a small team of designers and brand managers to deliver impactful campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in brand management / digital marketing, preferably with scaled D2C brands or FMCG.
- Strong exposure to agency management (social media, influencer, creative, and advertising).
- Proven expertise in building digital-first brands and navigating new-age consumer funnels.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
- Experience leading small teams with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for consumer-centric brand building.
