Job Description – Global Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical
Payroll Analyst
to join our growing team. This role requires strong
Excel proficiency
and
data analysis skills
, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations across
10–15 countries
. Experience in handling
multi-country or global payroll
will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll data accurately and on time for multiple international locations.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and internal controls.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to validate payroll calculations, identify anomalies, and support reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams & HO finance to gather inputs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports and dashboards using Excel.
  • Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive payroll information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
  • good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Flexibility:

  • Must be open to working
    extended hours or weekends
    , as needed, based on payroll cycles and urgent business requirements across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with payroll systems like ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of international payroll regulations and tax compliance.
