Job Overview
Teleperformance is hiring French-speaking Customer Support Executives for the Hopper travel platform. This role involves handling international voice-based customer interactions in French and English, delivering high-quality support for travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel services.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions in French and English.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow process and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Graduate Freshers OR Graduates with relevant experience only
Language Proficiency (Mandatory):
- French: B2 to C2 (CEFR)
- English: C2 to C3
- CEFR certification preferred
Experience:
- 0–5 years of experience
- Experience in travel process or knowledge of GDS tools (Amadeus/Sabre) is an added advantage
Work Location:
- Thane, Mumbai (Work From Office)
- Candidates must fall within IBU transport boundaries
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC (Experienced Candidates): Up to ₹12 LPA
- CTC (Graduate Freshers): Up to ₹9 LPA
- Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
- Transport: One-way drop facility (as per company policy)
- Other Benefits: PF, ESI, and standard BPO benefits
