Fire Marshal

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment such as fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting systems.
• Supervise the scheduled maintenance, repair, and servicing of fire-fighting systems under AMC.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, service logs, and compliance documents.
• Identify faults, raise service requests, and ensure timely rectification by the technical team.
• Ensure all fire-fighting systems comply with local fire safety rules, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when required.
• Conduct fire drills, safety training, and evacuation drills for client sites as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal service teams to ensure smooth AMC operations.
• Assist in emergency response situations and support fire incidents if required.
• Ensure safety protocols, SOPs, and maintenance guidelines are strictly followed.
• Report hazards or non-compliance issues to management and suggest corrective actions.
