About the Opportunity
A multispecialty healthcare provider operating in primary and secondary care, delivering inpatient and outpatient clinical services across surgical and medical specialties in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra. We are expanding our on-site clinical team and seeking full-time Consultant Physicians across Orthopedics, Psychiatry, General Surgery and Pediatrics to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to our local community.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient clinical care for your specialty (Orthopedics, Psychiatry, General Surgery, or Pediatrics) and manage surgical or procedural caseloads as relevant.
  • Perform specialty-specific procedures and surgeries, supervise peri-operative care and ensure adherence to surgical safety and infection-control protocols.
  • Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotas; stabilize, triage and escalate cases appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the hospital EMR, prepare discharge summaries and ensure continuity of care with primary care/referral networks.
  • Lead multidisciplinary case discussions, mentor junior medical staff and contribute to clinical governance, audit and quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with patients and families for counselling, consent and follow-up planning; promote evidence-based treatment pathways and rational prescribing.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Medical qualification with recognised specialist postgraduate credential (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in the relevant specialty.
  • Valid practising registration with the appropriate medical council and eligibility to work in India.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in the chosen specialty with competence in core procedures and emergency management.
  • Proven ability to document care in Electronic Medical Records and follow institutional clinical governance processes.
  • Advanced resuscitation certification (ACLS) or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Experience in a multispecialty hospital or high-volume outpatient setting in India.
  • Additional fellowship or focused procedural training (e.g., arthroscopy, pediatric surgery, liaison psychiatry or minimally invasive general surgery).
