Position Summary

We are seeking TWO DocuSign CLM Developers to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role blends technical development expertise with a deep understanding of contract management processes to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable contract solutions.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at automating workflows, customizing templates, and configuring CLM features to streamline contract operations, enhance user experience, and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

  • Create, test, and deploy custom solutions within DocuSign CLM to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and configure workflows for the full contract lifecycle from initiation and negotiation to approval, execution, and renewal.

Automation & Configuration

  • Build and manage contract templates, clause libraries, forms, and dynamic content for automated document generation.
  • Configure complex workflow logic, smart rules, eForms, and permissions.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for DocuSign CLM solutions.
  • Implement enhancements and resolve system issues promptly.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Partner with Insight Legal, Insight Services, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards for document management.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in DocuSign CLM configuration, including workflows, templates, permissions, eForms, and smart rules.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as C#, XML, and HTML for advanced customizations.

Domain Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of contract management processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of document management, record retention, and legal standards.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as DocuSign CLM Specialist or Certified Workflow Developer (highly desirable).

Required Skills

  • DocuSign CLM Expertise: Workflows, templates, eForms, smart rules, user management.
  • Contract Management Knowledge: Processes, best practices, contract types.
