About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our Real Estate Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and property advisory. You'll work closely with the sales team to generate leads, manage client interactions, and support day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and property coordination.
- Understand client requirements and help recommend suitable real estate options.
- Participate in site visits, property showings, and client meetings.
- Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking reports.
- Coordinate with marketing for on-ground and digital promotional activities.
- Research market trends, property prices, and competitor activity in the Gurgaon region.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in real estate sales, client servicing, and business growth.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Two-wheeler preferred for field activities (if applicable).
