Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive sales, and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Plan monthly/quarterly marketing calendars aligned with product launches, events, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with founders, designers, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.

Social Media Management

  • Own and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Create and manage a content pipeline including reels, carousels, stories, influencer collabs, and user-generated content.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.

Content & Creative

  • Write sharp, engaging captions and scripts aligned with brand voice.
  • Brief, coordinate, and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for campaign assets.
  • Ensure storytelling is authentic, relatable, and visually on-brand.

Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Build and nurture an online community, responding to queries, DMs, and comments.
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships, barter campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Track community sentiment and bring insights back to the team.

Analytics & Growth

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROAS) campaigns.
  • Monitor paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with clear ROI goals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital, or social media management (D2C/beauty/lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and content trends.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹60,000.00 per month
