Responsibilities & Duties:

· Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all relevant social media platforms.

· Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality.

· Working closely with Creative Team to visualize ideas, along with day-to-day content creation for various social media channels.

· Liaise with the social media agency as the brand's POC to share briefs and oversee day-to-day activities, content, and other deliverables.

· Understand and evolve the voice of our brand on social media.

· Stay abreast of key social media trends, competition brand activities, and emerging social media marketing technologies and benchmarks in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social formats and provide recommendations.

· Collaborate on influencer campaigns, shortlisting, collaboration plans, and performance metrics

· Conduct influencer research to identify right trends and reach out to influencers to on board them for partnerships for all Social Media Platforms - Facebook, YouTube & Instagram.

· Coordinate with influencers/affiliates to build a strong working relationship. You shall be the single point of contact for all the influencers we on board.

· Own and manage influencer relationships end-to-end with new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns via social media channels like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

· Implement standards for Influencer activity, as per the brand brief and marketing objective

· Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

· Keep an eye on social media trends

· Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies

· Commercially and creatively minded

· Prior experience of 5+ years working as a Social Media Manager/Community Manager

· Sound knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram & YouTube

· Ability to create innovative social content, supported by relevant formats

· Familiarity with social media tools and paid social media advertisement

· Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

· An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
