Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and update company website with engaging content.

· Handle SEO activities to improve search engine ranking and organic reach.

· Create and manage marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.

· Design and post engaging content including reels, stories, and promotional creatives.

· Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports.

· Run paid ads to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in social media management, SEO, and website handling.

· Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business marketing.

· Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.

· Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
