Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Absence Management modules within Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate must have significant exposure to Support and Enhancement projects, along with strong functional understanding and issue-resolution capability.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7+ years of total experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
  • Strong hands-on experience in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
  • Strong experience in Absence Management module
  • Mandatory experience in Support & Enhancement Projects (No pure implementation-only profiles)
  • Candidate must be willing and available for Face-to-Face interview via Teams or Google Meet with Unionsys
  • Must hold a valid PAN Card
  • Strong issue analysis, debugging, configuration, and functional support skills
  • Ability to work directly from client location in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Fusion (OTL & Absence modules)
  • Handle day-to-day tickets, issue analysis, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and enhancements
  • Work with business users for requirement gathering and solution design
  • Perform impact analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment support
  • Deliver enhancements, customizations, and changes per client requirements
  • Ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and offshore/onshore coordination

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Fusion HCM – OTL & Absence
  • Hands-on experience in functional configurations and setups
  • Experience working on Support, Enhancements, and Change Requests
  • Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and workflow configurations
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

  • Candidate will be on the payroll of Unionsys Technologies
  • Work location is strictly at the client office in Bangalore
  • Face-to-face discussion via Teams / Google Meet with Unionsys is mandatory before client evaluation
  • PAN Card is compulsory for onboarding and background verification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
