Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager who can lead and scale Mudrex's creator and partnership ecosystem — spanning content-led growth, influencer collaborations, and affiliate performance.

This role requires a rare mix of creativity, analytical depth, and relationship-building skill. You'll be responsible for turning storytelling, partnerships, and data into measurable business growth.

You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to design scalable programs that drive acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple user funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy
• Build an integrated growth roadmap that unites creator-led marketing, community partnerships, and content distribution.
• Translate brand and business goals into measurable KPIs — user acquisition, retention, and ROAS.
• Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels, creator networks, and platform innovations.
• Performance Ownership
• Own end-to-end growth performance for creator-driven and partnership-led acquisition.
• Analyze user funnel data to identify drop-offs and high-performing cohorts.
• Optimize growth budgets for efficiency and long-term ROI.
• Run experiments on new content formats, partnerships, and incentive models to uncover scalable levers.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, brand, and creative teams to align content, communication, and growth outcomes.
• Drive collaboration between analytics, design, and production stakeholders to ensure consistent, insight-led execution.
• Build a culture of speed, experimentation, and accountability within the growth team.
• Data & Insights
• Develop dashboards and frameworks to track growth performance across all channels.
• Present insights and growth opportunities to leadership teams with clarity and actionability.
• Use data to refine messaging, creator selection, and partnership efficiency.
• Innovation & Community Building
• Identify high-impact creators, affiliate partners, and communities that align with Mudrex's audience and credibility.
• Experiment with co-branded content, live events, and new media collaborations.
• Build systems for long-term partner retention and community engagement.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or performance-led content strategy — ideally within crypto, fintech, or digital-first consumer brands.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling growth systems that blend content + community + performance.
• Strong analytical skills — confident in interpreting data and using it to drive ROI-focused decisions.
• Experience working with creators, affiliate programs, or influencer-led campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of digital user behavior, especially in trading, investing, or financial education.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or collaborating with YouTube, influencer, or affiliate channels.
• Knowledge of crypto trading, DeFi, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Comfort with marketing analytics tools.
