Role: Senior Production Manager
Summary

We are looking for an experienced 
Senior
Production Manager
 with
a strong background in CGI and live-action VFX production pipelines, specifically within the advertising and commercial film industry.

The ideal candidate has a basic eye for details, ensuring that
creative outputs at every stage of the pipeline meet the highest standards and knows expectations from each stage artists..
You will serve as the
key link between our clients and creative directors, ensuring clear communication, seamless workflows, and adherence to international standards.

Success in this role means
delivering projects smoothly from pre-production to post, balancing creative vision with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full 
    CGI and live-action VFX production pipeline
    , ensuring smooth workflows from concept to delivery.
  • Basic Understanding of the creative output expected
    at each stage of the CGI pipeline, utilising best mediums for artists, creative directors, & clients to maintain quality.
  • Act as the 
    primary communication bridge
     between
    clients and internal creative teams, ensuring briefs, expectations, and feedback are aligned.
  • Manage and coordinate workflows for CGI, VFX, and creative teams, ensuring timely delivery within quality and budget standards.
  • Assure all 
    legal formalities, contracts, and compliance requirements
     are met before commencing projects.
  • Develop and maintain 
    standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client communication, project management, and delivery.
  • Anticipate and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Stay informed about 
    international standards and best practices
     in CGI and VFX production.
  • Your communication
    should increase collaboration between teams and create a healthier environment
    for all the members involved in any project.
  • Your role does not only focus on managing the project but to provide an exciting experience to our esteemed clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 5–7 years in production management within the advertising/film industry.
  • Industry Knowledge
    : In-depth understanding of CGI pipelines and live-action VFX production.
  • Creative Eye
    : Ability to assess and maintain quality aligning with creative director in creative output at every stage of the pipeline.
  • Background
    : Prior experience as a CGI or VFX artist is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills
    : Excellent verbal and written communication,
    with proven ability to interpret client requirements and relay them to internal teams.
  • Process & Compliance
    : Familiarity with legal requirements, contracts, and industry SOPs for production workflows.
  • Collaboration
    : Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-disciplinary creative teams.
  • Global Standards
    : Awareness of international processes, workflows, and benchmarks in advertising production.
