Position Summary:

Stealth Design is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Webflow Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, launching, and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites using the Webflow platform. This role requires deep expertise in Webflow's capabilities, a strong foundation in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and the ability to translate complex design prototypes into pixel-perfect, functional websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Webflow Development: Build and maintain fully responsive and performance-optimized websites using Webflow.
  • Custom Code Implementation: Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Webflow's native features are insufficient to achieve design or functionality requirements.
  • CMS: Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections functionality, ensuring a scalable and user-friendly content management experience.
  • Performance & SEO: Optimize website speed, structure, and code for superior technical performance and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing across different browsers and devices to ensure cross-browser compatibility and a seamless user experience.
  • GSAP : Knowledge of GSAP and experience building websites using it is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented to specification.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in professional website development, with a focus on Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing live, complex, and responsive Webflow websites.
  • Expert proficiency in the Webflow Designer, CMS, and Interactions.
  • Solid understanding of modern HTML5, CSS3, and practical, clean JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and technical SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (e.g., analytics, marketing automation, CRMs) via custom code or native integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
