What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and launch our company's main website (and possibly web app, depending on your skillset).
  • Collaborate with the founder and creative team to translate brand identity and messaging into a visually stunning, functional website.
  • Ensure the website is responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO and performance.
  • Integrate third-party tools (e.g., analytics, CRM, forms, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use as the company scales.
  • Implement UI/UX best practices with a mobile-first mindset.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core website to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving the digital experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative website designs and interactive web experiences.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or
  • Experience with modern web design tools and builders (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or custom-coded sites).
  • Knowledge of backend basics , PHP, Firebase, or other preferred stack).
  • Familiar with CMS platforms, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with animations, micro-interactions, or advanced web motion effects.
  • Knowledge of deployment (Netlify, Vercel, AWS, etc.).
