Job Summary

- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Test Engineer to join our QA team
- The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of manual testing concepts along with basic knowledge of automation testing tools
- You will work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure that our applications meet the highest quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications based on functional requirements
- Assist in designing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Execute test cases and log detailed defects
- Work with the development team to isolate and reproduce issues
- Gain hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JUnit, etc.)
- Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and UAT support
- Document and maintain clear and detailed records of test cases and results
- Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC)
- Strong grasp of manual testing techniques
- Exposure to any automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Java/Python/JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Eligibility Criteria
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with internship experience or testing certifications are welcome to apply
