Industry: Construction / Engineering / InteriorsEmployment Type: Full TimePosition Overview:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Interior Finishing Engineer with over 10 years of proven expertise in civil construction, with at least 50% of that experience focused on interior finishing works for large-scale, high-profile projects. These may include commercial buildings, corporate offices, luxury residences, hotels, or industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both civil execution and interior fit-out, with demonstrated success in managing complex on-site activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, upholding high-quality standards, and delivering premium finishes. This role demands a well-rounded professional with a keen eye for aesthetics, solid technical knowledge, and strong project management skills. Key Responsibilities:Site Execution:Oversee daily civil and interior finishing activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Interior Finishing Management:Supervise the execution of high-quality interior works, including flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination. BOQ & Estimation:Vendor Bill checking, Analysis on Variations & deviations . Quality Assurance & Control:Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures for both civil and finishing works to maintain high standards in workmanship, materials, and execution.

Technical Coordination:Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve design or execution issues and ensure seamless coordination across trades. Project Documentation:Maintain organized documentation including material submittals, inspection reports, quality records, as-built drawings, and handover checklists. Vendor Management:Management and coordination of different vendors to ensure work progress aligns with schedule and quality expectations.

Compliance:Ensure all site activities conform to applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Value Engineering:Propose cost-saving alternatives and innovative solutions during execution without compromising on design or quality. Key Skills and Tools:Strong knowledge of civil and interior finishing materials, methods, and standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringPrior experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, or luxury residential projects

Familiarity with Green building practices or LEED standards is a plus
