Max healthcare is looking for a Finishes Manager for the upcoming projects.

  • The role involves applying creative skills to ensure finishes for world-class hospital facilities.
  • Technical coordination with clients, consultants and architects will be crucial.
  • Interior construction management and scheduling of projects are also key responsibilities.
  • Aligning with project teams and leaders will be essential for success.
  • Valuations and billing of projects will be handled by the candidate.
  • Quality control and assurance will be top priorities.
  • Familiarity with sourcing high-end materials and installation processes will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of MEP and coordination with MEP participants will be necessary.
  • BIM exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling fast-track projects will be valuable.
  • Knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works will be important.
  • Project monitoring through MS Project/Primavera will be required.
  • Risk identification and mitigation plans will be necessary.
  • A proven track record of identifying snags and rectification before handover will be essential.

About the role :

This is a challenging opportunity for individuals with experience in interior construction management and technical coordination.

We are looking for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills who can work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Candidates with experience in hospitals and hotels will be preferred.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and 2 years in a team management role
  • Candidates with experience in Hospital & Hotel's will be preferred
