We are looking for a data-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist
who can lead paid media campaigns across platforms, optimize for ROAS, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Manage end-to-end paid media strategy, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-backed strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Run A/B tests and performance experiments to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and emerging ad formats.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C / e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and affiliate networks.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO, email, and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
