We are looking for a skilled and proactive
E-commerce Account Manager
with strong experience in handling USA-based e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day marketplace activities, optimize listings, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management (USA Market)
- Manage and optimize seller accounts on platforms such as
Amazon USA, Walmart, Etsy, eBay
, and other US marketplaces. - Oversee daily operations including order processing, inventory updates, pricing management, and catalog creation.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure policy compliance.
Listing & Optimization
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, A+ content).
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO optimization for USA market trends.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for images, creatives, and enhanced brand content.
Sales Growth & Performance
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, coupons, ads).
- Track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Conduct detailed weekly/monthly reporting on sales, ads performance, and marketplace growth.
Advertising & PPC
- Manage
Amazon PPC / Walmart Ads
campaigns (if experienced). - Monitor budgets, optimize bids, and analyze ROI.
- Suggest strategies for scaling profitable campaigns.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Respond to customer queries/messages in a timely manner, maintaining high CSAT levels.
- Resolve A-to-Z claims, returns, and negative feedback efficiently.
- Build strong communication channels with international clients.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing
USA e-commerce marketplaces
. - Strong knowledge of
Amazon Seller Central
and at least one additional USA marketplace (Walmart, Etsy, eBay). - Understanding of product listing SEO, keyword tools, and ad platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
