Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Assume responsibility for the full lifecycle of your code, from implementation to testing to user acceptance to deploymentBuild and own applications for Amazon AWSDeveloping pure cloud, and-or hybrid cloud solutionsWrite test-driven, maintainable code and follow industry standards and web development best practicesGather requirements and create technical specifications as neededWork with architects and other engineers to assure accurate timelines and deliverablesCollaborate with fellow engineers to find elegant, long-term solutions as well as creative quick fixes to problemsDevelop Java code using Spring frameworksDocument code and create high-level interaction diagramsBe comfortable working with source control branching strategiesWorking in high-velocity, agile teamLeading the team in deliverables while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.Knowledge on AI tools like copilotTechnical Requirements:
Experience with AWS Cloud platformExpert level experience with Java 8, Spring boot, Spring cloudDemonstrate the ability to reduce complex ideas and problems into clear concepts and solutionsMust have experience developing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applicationsExperience with relational and NOSQL databasesFamiliarity with container technologies (Docker)Possess a passion for new technology and innovation

Experience and/or Education Qualification:  

Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required, with graduate degree preferred8+ years of overall experience in Application/Solution Development domainExperience building Cloud Native ApplicationsExpert hands-on proficiency in Developing Applications using one or more technology stacksStrong hands-on understanding of scalability, security, high availability, and operational requirementsExperience with full product lifecycleExperience with Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, etc.Expert level experience with Java 8, Spring boot, Spring cloudExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhy apply?
