Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations, handle customer inquiries, coordinate with teams, and maintain a smooth office environment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Handling
- Welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Provide accurate information about company services, hotels, workspace, real estate, etc.
Office Coordination
- Manage daily office operations and support administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, housekeeping, maintenance).
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out for clients visiting workspace or hot.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation.
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare daily reports, booking updates, and attendance sheets.
- Manage courier, deliveries, and document filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Customer Service
- Assist customers with queries and provide quick resolutions.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, services, and feedback.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication (English/Tamil)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Time management & multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of hospitality / real estate operations (added advantage)
Qualifications
- Any degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in front office / reception / customer service
- Freshers with good communication may also apply
