About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support both recruitment and operational HR activities. This internship offers hands-on experience across key HR functions, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Screen resumes and support initial shortlisting based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities.

HR Operations

  • Help maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities such as exit interviews and full & final documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Contribute to organizing wellness activities, feedback surveys, and HR events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
