Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Admissions & Outreach to drive admission targets, manage a field sales team, and ensure smooth operational and process compliance. The role involves team supervision, lead conversion, field activities, reporting, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned admission targets along with post-admission service.
  • Manage and monitor lead generation, calling, and admission conversion.
  • Allocate units and analyze conversion ratios for each team member.
  • Define territories, targets, and weekly plans for team members.
  • Support team members in the field (minimum 3 days/week) and manage own territory.
  • Conduct daily fast-tracking, random verification calls, and feedback calls.
  • Ensure CUIMS/UIMS entries, data reporting, and zero backlog.
  • Conduct twice-weekly team reviews and weekly review with ZM.
  • Handle office administration, asset management, and marketing collateral inventory.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing field training to team members.
  • Perform competitor analysis and develop business improvement strategies.
  • Recommend or disrecommend team members based on monthly performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, discipline, and policies.
