Job Summary

The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission process, counseling parents, achieving admission targets, and ensuring a positive first impression of the school. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and coordination with academic and admin teams.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Counseling

  • Handle parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)
  • Counsel parents about the school curriculum, philosophy, and facilities
  • Conduct school tours and admission presentations
  • Guide parents through the admission process and documentation

Lead Management & Follow-ups

  • Maintain and update admission leads in CRM/register
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of admissions
  • Meet monthly and term-wise admission targets

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with teachers, admin, and management on seat availability
  • Communicate offers, discounts, and policies clearly to parents
  • Support management initiatives such as PTMs, open houses, and events

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate collection of admission forms and documents
  • Prepare admission reports and daily/weekly updates for management
  • Maintain admission files and student data confidentially

Parent Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents
  • Build trust and maintain a warm, professional relationship
  • Address basic parent queries and escalate concerns when required

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in school admissions or parent handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, pleasant personality with strong convincing ability
  • Organized, target-oriented, and detail-focused

Working Days & Timings

  • 6 days a week (as per school schedule)
  • Occasional extended hours during events or PTMs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
