Job Title : Area Manager Retail Laundry

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail laundry outlets within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise multiple laundry retail outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand customer base through effective marketing and service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards in cleaning, finishing, and customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and train store managers and staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance across locations.
  • Implement standardized processes and procedures for efficiency and consistency.
  • Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Control expenses, manage budgets, and optimize costs for maximum profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and support teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in laundry or service industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and retail management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service delivery.

Work Environment:

  • Field role with frequent traveling between outlets.
