Overview
We are seeking a
Project Manager – Sales & Execution
who thrives in
high-volume, fast-paced environments
. You'll be responsible for managing
20+ projects a day
, ensuring every project runs on time, within budget, and delights the client.
This is not just coordination — it's
ownership of the entire project lifecycle
: from sales handover → payment tracking → production → dispatch → on-site installation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (Core)
- Manage and track
20+ active projects daily
with precision. - Create and update project timelines (design → production → logistics → installation).
- Ensure
deadlines are met
and proactively resolve bottlenecks. - Coordinate with design, production, vendors, logistics & installation teams.
Sales Support
- Work closely with sales team on
handover of new clients/projects
. - Ensure
samples, site measurements, and mock-ups
are scheduled on time. - Act as
point of contact
for clients once the project starts.
Payments & Financial Tracking
- Raise and track invoices, advance payments, and balance collections.
- Ensure
no project moves forward without proper payment milestones cleared
. - Maintain transparent records for management reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Send
daily/weekly project updates
to clients. - Maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, architects, and corporate partners.
- Escalate issues to Founder/Leadership with solutions, not problems.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years experience in
project management / operations
(bonus if in interiors, real estate, construction, design, or B2B services). - Proven ability to
handle 20+ projects simultaneously
without dropping the ball. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with
discipline in tracking timelines & payments
. - Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and project management tools
(ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.). - A hustler with
problem-solving mindset
— "If it can't be done, I'll find a way."
