Job Description

Position: Sr. Manager

Overview: The Sr. FM serves as the primary on-site manager responsible for overseeing all facility operations, staff supervision, and client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational experience to ensure excellence in facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the on-site facility management team
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, security, and building systems
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Create and monitor operational budgets and financial performance metrics
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in facility management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of team leadership and development
  • Proficiency with facility management software and MS Office suite
  • Industry certifications (FMP, CFM, or IFMA) preferred
