Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and motivated STEM Trainers to join our team in Karnataka. The role involves delivering engaging STEM programs to school students, facilitating hands-on activities, and nurturing curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate STEM curriculum through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
  • Foster innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans and learning modules.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching quality and student engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or equivalent qualification such as MCA or M.Sc (Computer Science).
  • Proven experience in STEM education, robotics, or coding.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage students effectively in classroom environments.
  • Experience with educational technologies and blended learning approaches.
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is an added advantage.
