Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media & Content Executive who will ideate, create, and manage content across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the founders to shape the brand's online voice, create engaging content, appear on camera when needed, and ensure consistent posting and engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands social media trends, and isn't afraid to be creative (or be the face of the brand at times).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Ideation & Planning


• Generate creative content ideas based on trends, brand goals, and audience insights.


• Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.


• Understand what type of content works and propose new directions.

  1. Content Creation & Editing


• Assist in creating videos, reels, carousels, and stories.


• Edit videos and photos using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Suite.


• Create content independently when needed (simple shoots, behind-the-scenes, product features, lifestyle content).


• Occasionally appear on camera as the face of the brand (optional but preferred).

  1. Social Media Management


• Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms.


• Maintain a healthy flow of engagement — comments, DMs, community building, and interactions.


• Analyse post performance, track KPIs, and share insights for improvement.


• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

  1. Brand Representation


• Understand Forever & Co's tone, aesthetic, and values.


• Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and emotional appeal.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign discussions.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.


• Basic to mid-level skills in video editing and graphic creation.


• Creativity and confidence to pitch content ideas.


• Ability to manage posting schedules and timelines.


• Good communication skills.


• Comfortable being on camera (preferred, not mandatory).


• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Experience with content creation for brands.


• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, etc.).


• A portfolio or sample Instagram/Reel-style work.
