Workfront Senior Consultant

WKFT Fusion & Core Training :

WKFT Fusion & Core Training for candidates will begin from Monday, 15th Sep 25.

We need you to check & share at least 6-7 INTERNAL profiles of candidates with base experience(4-5 years of strong experience) in Campaign/AEM/Dell Boomi/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Integration with Java. These candidates need to be interested in getting trained in Workfront and for the training the resources need to be in Bangalore (Kadubeesanahalli) location. If the candidates provided are from Bangalore, it is well & good; if the resources are from any other location, they have to get trained in Bangalore and later go back to their native locations and operate remotely.

Client interviews will happen from 8th Sep-10th Sep. We shall work in the backend to get timely panel slots and ensure the interviews take place without any delays. Provided the profile submissions happen by tomorrow 4th Sep before 2PM

Estimated onboardings will happen by 11th and 12th Sep

Relevant Experience in Workfront - 2-3 Years mandatory

Notice period - Immediate - 10Days

Experience in the Workfront is a must. If the candidates sourced are from Bangalore, it is well & good; if the resources are from any other location, they must get trained in Bangalore and post training they can go back to their native locations.

Workfront Senior Consultant :

Workfront Senior Consultant is primarily responsible for ensuring the success of Workfront customers by efficiently assessing, designing, implementing and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform.

This role requires a hands-on technical, results-oriented practitioner with a deep business process and integration consultative focus. In addition to implementation consulting expertise, this role requires a guiding approach that increases solution adoption, adds business value, and ultimately optimizes the implementation process to enhance the client experience, increasing satisfaction and retention.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey

- Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery

- Partner with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions for the customer

- Oversee technical development and follow standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software

- Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions

- Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations

- To assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities, both during pre-sales and post-sales stages of the customer journey.

- Developing the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

- Bachelors degree 10-15 years of overall experience in Software development

years of experience in client facing integration and/or implementation work (integration, software development, networking, operations, etc.)

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

- Proficient with Workfront Fusion or Dell Boomi or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired

- Proficient Java, PHP, or Python; and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Familiarity with relational databases / SQL

- Experience with Data migration from previous client tools & systems

- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

- Proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented practitioner with a deep business process, consultative focus

- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment

- Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.)

- Experience working with 3rd party software integrations
