Key responsibilities
- Lead generation: Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online inquiries.
- Site assessments: Conduct on-site visits to assess residential roofs for suitability, analyze energy usage, and identify potential shading issues.
- Sales presentations: Present the benefits of solar products and services, including cost savings and available incentives, to potential clients.
- Proposal and quote creation: Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts based on the client's specific needs and site conditions.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to bring in new customers.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
- Sales target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Industry knowledge: Stay informed about the latest solar products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and project teams to ensure proper installation and after-sales service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
