Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement, store handling, and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, store management, and proficiency in Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle purchasing and supplier coordination, including sourcing and negotiating with vendors.
  • Manage inventory and store functions, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain purchase records and orders using Tally and other relevant tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to production and other departments.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders, shipments, and receipts to avoid delays.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for procurement activities.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, purchase trends, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to forecast material requirements.
  • Implement best practices for procurement and store management to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to procurement and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Education: B. Com or equivalent.
  • Experience: Purchase and store handling experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Location : Athani, Thrissur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
