HIRING -ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
- Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Accounts Executive is to manage and oversee the company's financial health by meticulously tracking and analyzing both revenue and expenditure. The role is critical for ensuring fiscal responsibility and supporting strategic decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Actively monitor daily financial transactions, including revenue recognition and expense recording.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing departmental and project budgets. Regularly evaluate actual costs against budget to identify variances and suggest corrective actions.
Proposal Evaluation: Critically analyze financial proposals for new projects. This includes assessing resource allocation, estimating project costs, and managing timelines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
Daily Operations: Be actively involved in the day-to-day accounting operations, such as invoice processing, expense reimbursement, and general ledger maintenance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or MBA in Finance.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role is preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
