1. Java-J2EE developers/ Leads

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon Experience – 4 to 10 years   JD: Application Development Java-J2EE Rest API, Restful Services, Hibernate, JMS, JavaScript-L3Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Good understanding of networking in Kubernetes. Experience on Helm chart design/preparation. Experience on deploying charts/application using helm. Code coverage tools, Maven, GIT, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins Process: Agile/DevOps/Concepts required to deliver SaaS NMS/OSS/Telecom domain Reviewing and give technical inputs to team. Experience as a code Guardian and ensure consistent approach to design and minimize technical debit. Strong knowledge and experience of the Design analysis, feature developments, test and troubleshooting skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

1. Scrum Master with Telecom Development background

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon Experience – years Overall Responsibilities:
• Scrum Master with Java-J2EE dev background experience.
• Facilitating a Scrum team and accountable for removing impediments of the team to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables.
• Facilitate stand ups, agile/ scrum ceremonies, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships by delivering great value.
• Work with product owners and the delivery team to establish a pace that drives consistent and healthy throughput set and manage common priorities, remove blockers and impediments, and surface inter-dependencies.
• Assist with internal and external communication as required. Skills & Experience:
• Good knowledge on Java, J2EE (and knowledge in CICD).
• Good knowledge on Agile delivery process and responsible for managing the exchange of information between team members
• Strong communicator, highly articulate, and extensive experience of writing effective user stories with associated acceptance criteria.  

1. Product Owner PO Role

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon Experience – years Skills & Experience: The ideal Product Owner candidate should have - Relevant telecommunications domain-specific experience especially NMS/EMS and FCAPS Knowledge A good knowledge of high-level product and feature design. Very strong customer and business understanding, including the driving forces in telecommunications technology and NAM/BSS product evolution. Ability to make, sell, evaluate, and uphold the Business Case for Backlog prioritizations. Well-developed leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to motivate teams and individuals around a common product vision and a vision of product development excellence.   Responsibilities : Champion the customer perspective by ensuring team(s) understand requirement goal/vision Manage and prioritize backlog for team(s). Direct and accept/reject team(s) work. Know when enough has been built in a requirement to maximize business value of MRs. Strong knowledge and experience of the Design analysis and design thinking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

1. NMS/EMS Architects: -

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon Experience – years   Java-J2EE dev background experience. Develop and evolve / maintain the Architecture (all aspects of OSS Architecture: Network, Information and Implementation) Support, enable and / or unblock the Implementation of the Architecture Architecture Governance Responsible for the definition, creation, and maintenance of the architecture documentation artifacts, Responsible for the integrity, quality, and update of the product/ system architecture, Responsible for identifying how to align the product/ system architecture with The Ericsson Architecture Responsible for bringing feedback from Product Development and Technology insights to improve The Architecture. Supporting the technology strategy/plan and the organization with guidance on business and technology trends and opportunities, Supporting technology leadership activities with technical and architectural expertise as well as participating in architecture studies and development work, Supporting business decisions with architecture expertise and guidance and give recommendation from an architecture view on all relevant product decisions, Supporting the recommendation for approval of the Functional Product structure, Supporting to secure robust Interfaces that best utilize FOSS and 3PP ecosystems.
