Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated SAP Functional Consultants specializing in multiple SAP modules.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration and implementation with at least 3 years of domain experience.

This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business processes, configuring SAP S/4HANA solutions, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and materials management processes.

Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business needs and optimize processes.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Provide end-user training and create documentation for SAP solutions.

Resolve issues, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure smooth system operation post-implementation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other modules or external systems.

Stay updated with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA in any business domain

2-8 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support with not less than 3 years of functional experience.

Strong understanding of integration points between SAP S/4HANA modules.

Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

SAP certification

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Flexibility to travel for project assignments (if required).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other latest SAP versions.

Knowledge of SAP integration with other third-party systems or applications.

Understanding of basic ABAP programming for troubleshooting and enhancements.
