About The Role

We are hiring Data Scientists for our client who is a performance-driven global organization transforming how leading U.S. banks maximize profitability through AI. Through proprietary solutions, they have helped major financial institutions recover hundreds of millions in annual pre-tax income by eliminating decision-rule inefficiencies, uncovering risk blind spots, and optimizing financial operations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze massive datasets from top U.S. banks to detect hidden opportunities in
    Digital Marketing, Risk Management, and Operations
    .
  • Build and refine
    machine learning models
    that drive measurable improvements in financial operations.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and domain experts to deploy models in production environments.
  • Contribute to projects that generate tangible value—credit loss reduction, rewards optimization, and more.
  • Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders to drive transformation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python, SQL, and data science libraries
    (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark, etc.).
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into
    actionable insights

  • Strong
    problem-solving skills and business acumen
    .
  • Interest in applying
    Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI
    to real-world financial challenges.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Data Science, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Statistics, or related field
