Responsibilities
  1. Man management and effective utilization of man power as per the planned maintenance.
  2. Cost monitoring Vis-à-vis budget
  3. Ensure critical instruments are calibrated as per OEM recommendations.
  4. Knowledge in handling, trouble shooting of various assemblies and components.
  5. To support all RCA and CAPA implementation & develop and implement maintenance procedures and calibration procedures.
  6. Organize and manage to complete One Time Capex's within time and as per budget, and Budget preparation.
  7. Develop Second line with all required trainings, Coaching and mentoring for safety aspects.
  8. Reviewing of existing EME conditions and upgrading the EME / Systems with new technics & technologies of Equipment's as per the OEM/market demands.
  9. Adhere & implement RTO regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 10-15 years experience in relevant field
