Key Accountabilities

1.

Provide desired input to dock superintendent for availability of resources

2.

Co-ordinate with vessel in-charge for proposed tasks & manpower deployment. Also give desired input for processing of bill of contractors and suppliers for timely payment

3.

Ensure Dock cleaning, Blocks positioning as per Docking plan of flotilla

4.

Should carry out various checking related to safe docking of vessel as per various method of docking as when required. Rigging of Plumb in dock, Checking of Plumb on dredger, Prepare ropes/ lines as required to pull the flotilla inside and keeping the dredger in position till sitting on blocks, Closing of Temporary Gate etc.

5.

Reviewing requisitions related to material & service and co-ordinate with Commercial & ops team for timely supply

6.

Interact with workshop, EME & ops team for deployment of required machineries

7.

Monitoring and record keeping of various resources deployed (man & machine-internal & External)

8.

Maintaining technical drawings and specifications as where needed basis

9.

To ensure to complete all the statutory compliances on time as per marine regulations; Liasoning with

Tech Superintendents / Dredge in-charge. work permit, gate pass etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(degree, training, or certification required)
