Role & Responsibilities:
Hands on experience
in handling a mid to large size team with
exceptional success
in delivering results & projectsAn

Conflict & People Management
Defines business needs
& provide recommendations through appropriate solutions.Design and
implement
new functional systems.

Analyze large data
sets using SQL, Phyton. Visualise data using Power Apps, Power BI toolsActivities include
evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements
, and translation into proper solution specifications.Formulates and
defines scope and objectives
based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes.

I
nterprets and Analyses data
to gain business insights and drive sound decisions.Acts as
subject-matter expert
on business processes of assigned area.

Must have
Excellent verbal/ written communications skills
Maintains and
manages systems
key to the function that is supported.

Manages
delivery seamlessly
and understands customer requirements

Ability to
provide deep insights and exceed expectations.
Willingness to be
flexible with working hours
– may require working in UK or US Shifts depending on the project & business requirement.

Requirements:
6-8 plus years of relevant experience
or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Capable of d
eveloping complex yet efficient technical processes
for acquiring, modifying, and manipulating information
Experienced with business processes
and able to apply predictive technologies to direct operations to achieve set targetsStrong understanding of
spreadsheets
including quality of information and data management

Conversant with
statistical analytics tools
Well versed with
data visualisation tools
such as Excel, PowerBI, PPT's, Power Apps.Good Understanding of
Java, SQL, Phyton.
Preferences:
MBA, advanced degree in data science or statisticsImmediate Joiner, Prior consulting experience
