**Why this job matters**:
Seeking for the Business Analysis Professional who will be supporting analysis activities across the group that contribute to BT Group's product strategies. This includes conducting accurate analyses of product quality, efficiency, effectiveness, the potential of activities, and initiatives across the BT Group.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes in Tools team within the area of Business Analysis.
- Executes activities contributing to the development of the strategy/analytics roadmap and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Monitors the reporting metrics critical for tracking and managing the Tools team. This will include daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly interaction with different teams and their requirements.
- Participates in the analysis of business processes to identify and address operational risks, as well as bottlenecks.
- Analyses business needs and solutions to devise strategies and facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
- Collates data and performs regression and other statistical analyses to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
- Analyse business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications.
- Work closely with the Tools team to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work with Senior Managers, Design & Delivery team to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- 5+ years of proven working experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of telecom markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- A good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R) is an added advantage.
- Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using Jira for Issue Tracking & Agile Development.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how.
