Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual soldering of through-hole and SMD components on PCBs.
  • Carry out rework, repair, and replacement of faulty components on PCB assemblies.
  • Inspect and test PCBs for defects such as dry joints, shorts, or open circuits.
  • Use tools like soldering iron, hot air station, reflow equipment, desoldering pump, and microscope.
  • Diagnose issues using testing instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, power supply, etc.).
  • Follow ESD protection standards while handling sensitive components.
  • Document repairs, maintain rework logs, and report recurring defects to R&D/QA teams.
  • Support prototype builds, small-batch production, and field return (RMA) repair activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
