Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly responsible, who can independently run day-to-day operations,

· 10+ years' experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, events, or operations

· Strong fieldwork mind-set - not a desk job

· Comfortable travelling and managing multiple locations

· Good communication in English and Tamil

· Leadership and problem-solving skills

· Basic financial understanding (collections, expenses, reporting)

Preferred

· Experience with government departments or tourism boards

· Hospitality or tourism degree/diploma

· Event management or resort operation background

· Create duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance

· Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and safety norms

· Build partnerships with hotels, resorts, travel agents, event planners

· On-board local vendors and tourism partners Support event bookings (weddings, corporate events, festivals)

· Ensure premium guest service

· Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
