Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced MIS Analyst from the hospitality industry to manage end-to-end data operations related to hotel onboarding, OTA performance, inventory, and reporting. The role demands strong analytical capability, deep exposure to hospitality KPIs, and hands-on experience in data scraping and dashboard creation.

  • Accurate hospitality MIS reporting & dashboards
  • OTA data scraping and competitive analysis
  • Onboarding, inventory, and operational data management
  • Data accuracy, validation, and automation
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain hotel onboarding and operational datasets
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership
  • Build, update, and optimize dashboards for hospitality KPIs
  • Perform OTA data scraping (pricing, availability, listings, ratings, offers)
  • Track key metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, inventory status
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems and OTAs
  • Work closely with on-boarding, revenue, and operations teams
  • Automate manual reports and improve MIS efficiency
  • Provide analytical insights to support business decisions
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of MIS / Data Analyst experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards)
  • Hands-on experience with OTA data scraping (mandatory)
  • Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Solid understanding of hospitality concepts and KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, ARI)
  • Experience managing end-to-end data operations
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and problem-solving skills
