About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, and BI tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end reporting, automating processes, and providing meaningful insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business data.
  • Build interactive dashboards using Power BI / Excel / Tableau.
  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and highlight trends or variances.
  • Automate recurring reports using macros, SQL queries, or BI workflows.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and management teams to gather requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.
  • Support management with data-driven insights for forecasting and planning.
  • Create documentation for reporting processes and data flows.

Required Skills

  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros preferred)
  • SQL (basic to intermediate queries)
  • Power BI / Tableau (dashboard creation & DAX knowledge preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving ability
  • Good understanding of business KPIs
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
