Role Overview

As
Solution Architect – Data & AI,
you will work closely with the leaders to lead solutioning for some of the most strategic global customers. Your charter is simple:


• Shape and lead
Data & AI solutions


• Win
new logos and large strategic deals


• Translate business problems into
compelling solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

This role demands a
top-tier consulting mindset
combined with deep technical knowledge and hands-on solutioning skills.

Key Responsibilities


•
Own Solutioning Charter:

Lead solution design across discovery, consulting, architecture, and proposal creation. Ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and impactful.


•
Client Advisory & Ideation:

Run workshops and ideation sessions with CXOs, presenting actionable insights and shaping their transformation journeys.


•
Business Growth & P&L Mindset:

Support sales leadership in winning large deals. Develop business cases, ensure solution profitability, and contribute to topline growth.


•
Thought Leadership & Content:

Produce world-class presentations, reusable frameworks, and industry POVs.


•
COE Contribution:

Help build and scale StatusNeo's Data & AI Center of Excellence (COE), mentoring teams and codifying best practices.


•
Technology Engagement:

Stay current on data platforms, GenAI, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures. Lead rapid prototyping and concept validation efforts.

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months


• You've co-led
3–4 major deal wins
, directly contributing to significant revenue growth.


• You are the go-to person for
CxO-facing solution workshops
globally.


• You have created
2–3 reusable solution frameworks
or accelerators that are now part of StatusNeo's GTM playbook.


• You've mentored junior solution consultants and strengthened the Data & AI COE's capabilities.

Skills & Experience


• 8–12 years in solution consulting, technology architecture, or pre-sales with a focus on Data/AI.


• Strong exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data engineering, analytics, MLOps, and GenAI solutions.


• Exceptional communicator and storyteller with C-suite engagement experience.


• Commercial acumen and ability to work on deal pricing and strategy.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Willingness to
travel globally
